last and final board should represent the audience that we target the images need to show who we target as our audience each of it needs to prove that are these what we are targeting .
3rd Board Stationery
we were assigned to create our own company cover letter, name cards chops bookmarks something similar to self-promotions we need to think that we are the brand and create the product based on us as for me was visual merchandising I created my stationery collections something that represents some colourful fabrics and window displaying. the same colour I sued for all the stationery as I like to have a colourful environment and all my stationery represents bright colours,
2nd Board Social Media
2nd board I was assigned to write about my social media preferences which are we need to add on our Instagram or Facebook LinkedIn and a web site that actually represent us as for me I choose 3 social media account which is Instagram, Linked in, and my worthwhile web which was created for my future fashion innovators subject products. The reason I choose Instagram because recently we have done some photoshoot title Havana realness concept and the photoshoot did come out very well and I felt that if I put those post in my board will look really nice and feel proud of this group work besides I feel really thankful to my groupmates and my lecturer Mr Alexander manners to give me this wonderful opportunity.
First Board
first board
I was assigned to write about my self something similar to curriculum vitae but in short form, actually, I did few time the first board because my lecturer didn’t want to see a lot of words instead of words she wanted to see pictures. I decide to put a lot of pictures to represent me as who am I.
Mostly I write about what i like to do and what is my carrier is going to be in future besides these boards also shows what is my real interest my basic idea about myself being or liking of being an ethnic person. that’s how I choose each image for the boards each of it explain me.
The Carrier that I’m planning to have in my future visual merchandising since Malaysia really don’t have that much of welcoming for which actually could be a good starter for me to begin.
I had a discussion with Boyee Jacquelyn and dorcus from creative department she was doing sports bar subculture and she wanted sports banner in A3 size I was assigned to find A3 size banner 6 pieces 3 European league and another 3 was Malaysian football team I did try to find at many places but couldn’t find After I had team discussion with few members from other groups one of them suggest me a place called Dr stich they would print sports banner for really reasonable price.
The fabrics that I choose for print this flag was cotton mix polyester the resin I choose this fabric to make the flag look because it will look classy and it will flow nicely.
This workshop was assigned to collect money for the exhibition event , we invited one of the famous artist Li Hua Wong to be teacher for the day and around 20 people was turn which was a good starter for the workshop , it was good to know that out there a lot people are into art and really interested to put in effort to gain the knowledge. each of the work was very impressive they didn’t look like beginner at all I was really good about besides, we also had an idea of having booth in our exhibition event for the best drawing and believe me we felt like each and everyone work was great and why not put all them drawing there in separate booth. I also get to learn about the drawing and it was a great opportunity for me to put with Li Hua Wong .
before we start the event we did some fund raising workshop for the event and for the spastic children who are unable to talk but they can do great art work . we pay visit at their place and letting them know that we are doing this event and the amount that we get from the event we going to share with this foundation and we also help them to keep one booth for their foundation to collect donation on the behalf of them, we also ask them if you want we can sell the art work that actually done by the kids . It was wonderful experience as for me this was 2nd time visit I have already been there before they all very calm and friendly people they really love to talk a lot and they also do a lot of art work we get the chance to educate our self that what are the actual problem of this children and why this problem occurred . Besides , they thought us that don’t judge a book by its cover this people are way to knowledgeable then us.
These picture was taken when we are doing the setting before the vent and after the event ,we plan how need to be done each booth it should look perfect and no one shouldn’t complaint that the boot look awful , finally we did the booth do look like what we were planning for most of them said that the booth looks really nice and the can feel each vibe that we try to portray in each subculture Booth.
