Strength- understanding girls personality  and their prevence when producing the product they seem like having connection  with their consumer.

 

Weakness- The print that they use for fashion campaign is all leapard they could try something new instead of just one type of printing .

 

Opportunity- The trend which is animal print will be recognised worlwide people will be able understand the target market by looking at the printing.

 

Threat- The competitors who is actually followed by michael kors brand the might come up with new idea by following animal print the concept might effect michael kors collection but it could just a small privileged.
